Documents Acceptance will be held from August 01 to October 10.

Entrance tests (online interview mode) will be held from September 20 to October 10. Enrollment will be from 10 – 20 October.

The applicant must have a master’s degree or a diploma of a specialist (5 years of study) by the relevant specialty.

1. Application addressed to the Rector of the NCEI ARPC “IUK”
2. Passport or ID copy
3. Brief justification of the preliminary topic of the dissertation
4. Written consent from the prospective scientific adviser (in free form)
5. Questionnaire (form NCEI ARPC “IUK”) in the electronic form
6. A copy of the workbook, certified by the personnel department at the work place
7. Copies of all documents on higher education, notarized
8. Four color photographs sized 3.5×4.5 sm
9. Medical certificate by the form 086-U (or similar)
10. List of scientific and scientific-methodical works (if any)

Ph.D tuition fee:

• for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic — 100,000.00 soms

• for employees of AC “IUK” – 70,000.00 soms
• Public health and medicine – 130,000.00 soms
• for employees of AC “IUK” by major “Public Health and Medicine” – 100,000.00 soms
• for citizens of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Tajikistan – 2500.00 US dollars
• for citizens of the CIS countries that are not included in the intergovernmental agreement – 3000.00 US dollars
• for citizens of developing countries in Asia – 2500.00 US$
• for citizens of the developed countries of Europe, USA — 3000.00 US$
