Foreign students

Information for the foreign citizens.

Foreigners and citizens of the CIS are admitted:

  • to the preparatory department (study period is 9 months) — on the basis of a contract;
  • to the main courses (faculties) of the ARPC IUK — on the basis of a form test and interview.

Groups of the preparatory department are formed by no more than 5 people. Changes can be made into the programs and terms of study in accordance with the level of proficiency in Russian and the applicant’s wishes.

Upon completion of studies at the preparatory department, final exams are held to determine the knowledge gained by the students. Students who pass the final exams are admitted to the entrance examinations in the form test. For this purpose, an admissions committee is formed from experienced teachers.

If the test is successfully passed, the admissions committee recommends students for enrollment in the 1st year of the ARPC IUK relevant departments.

For applicants who have completed the preparatory department at other universities in Kyrgyzstan and neighboring countries, having the relevant documents on completion of language courses (certificate), speak Russian and wish to study at the ARPC IUK, entrance examinations are held in the form of an interview and testing. Persons recommended for enrollment pay a tuition fee, after which an order for enrollment is issued and a contract is concluded.
