THE MISSION OF THE NCEI ARPC “IUK”
The mission of the International University of Kyrgyzstan is to prepare internationally recognized specialists thinking free, who are open to change, capable to transform knowledge into values for the benefit of the society development.
VISION OF NCEI ARPC “IUK” – Development of a holistic personality capable in applying successfully his/her knowledge, skills and abilities anywhere in the world and show his/her professional qualities in a mobile environment.
The policy for the education quality ensuring
The policy for the education quality ensuring in the NCEI ARPC “IUK” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) was developed on the basis of the NCEI ARPC “IUK” Development Strategy (hereinafter referred to as the “IUK”) for the period from 2018 to 2023.
The “IUK” policy in the field of the education quality ensuring is aimed at further university’s activities development and improvement in order to increase educational and research services competitiveness in the national and international markets.
The “IUK” administration is responsible for the Quality Policy implementation and acts as a guarantee for providing and improving the conditions for its implementation and obligations to comply with the requirements of the quality management system (QMS).
The policy is implemented at all administrative levels, and can be reviewed and revised, if necessary. At the same time, each employee bears personal responsibility within the limits of his/her authority for the quality of the work performed.
The main tasks for the education quality ensuring:
- Ensuring the quality of graduate training from the standpoint of the satisfaction degree increasing.
- Educational programs evaluation and monitoring according to the stakeholders’ requirements.
- The level of students’ knowledge and skills assessment, graduates’ competencies.
- Application of in-house knowledge and competence of scientific and pedagogical staff, in order to improve the education process
- Analysis of activities, risks, opportunities for continuous improvement of the processes of the University.
The university management intends to:
Provide high quality of educational services, research and development, to strengthen the authority of NOU UNPK “MUK” as a reliable partner.
Create the necessary conditions in which employees and students will be fully involved in the achievement of quality goals, giving them the appropriate authority and responsibility.
Comply with applicable requirements and continuously improve the quality management system (QMS).
Top management is committed to ensuring:
Strategic planning and management of internal university processes.
Compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of ISO 9001-2015 and continuous improvement of its effectiveness.
allocation of necessary resources, including resources for training, improvement and transformation.
Risk assessment of the activities of the University processes and determination of appropriate preventive actions.
Improving the conditions of staff and students by creating guarantees of social responsibility and ensuring conditions for safety and compliance with legal norms.
Recognition of the creative initiative and the contribution of each employee to improving the quality of the activities of the NOU UNPK “MUK”.
