ENACTUS

Enactus (formerly SIFE) is the largest international non-profit organization that unites students, business leaders, and universities worldwide.

Enactus teams develop and implement their own projects aimed at improving the quality of life.

Only those that produce real and measurable results are considered successful at Enactus. Students gain significant practical experience in implementing their own projects. Teams themselves choose the scale and number of projects, their focus, and implementation timeframes. Enactus projects can be both commercial (profit-making) and social.

The best projects from Enactus teams are identified through a system of regular competitions: regional, national, and international.

The mission of Enactus in Kyrgyzstan: To improve the socioeconomic situation of the population of Kyrgyzstan through the development of social entrepreneurship.

The SIFE team at the International University of Kyrgyzstan was formed in 1996, one of the first teams in our country. Over the years, the team has achieved many successes. Despite its youth, the SIFE IUK team has left a deep mark and distinguished itself in many fields. On May 31, 2002, SIFE IUK became the national champion.

Currently, the Enactus IUK team, the two-time finalists in national competitions acts at the university.

Our mission: To improve people’s lives by combining our knowledge, skills, and abilities.
