In accordance with the Doctrine of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Development of the National Spirit – Reaching Global Heights,” approved by Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 369 of December 18, 2024, the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic organized advanced training courses for rectors of higher education institutions. S.B. Karabalaeva, Vice-Rector for Academic and Administrative Affairs of the Central Campus, Ph.D., and Associate Professor, participated in the course. The courses were held at the National Academy of Sciences from January 26 to February 2, 2026. Upon completion, participants received certificates. To implement and further promote this Decree, it is planned to hold scientific and practical conferences, seminars, and events at our university.
