On March 30, 2026, a meeting was held at the Educational and Scientific Production Complex “IUK” between Rector E.Yu. Savchenko and a delegation from Huawei Technologies Bishkek.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation, including joint training of ICT specialists, development of training centers, and the implementation of scientific research. Opportunities to expand educational programs and strengthen collaboration between the university and the company were also considered.
During the meeting, a ceremony was held to sign a memorandum of cooperation, which provides for joint work on the development of digital technologies, practical skills of students and teachers, and support for innovative projects in Kyrgyzstan.
The event was attended by representatives of Huawei – Ma Tian, General Director, and Hua Hao (Anton), Client Manager – as well as representatives of the Educational and Scientific Production Complex “IUK”: Rector E.Yu. Savchenko, Vice-Rector for Research and International Relations M.S. Baikhodzhoev, Head of the International Office Zh.F. Moldokeeva, Director of the Department of Education A.T. Ibraeva, Head of the Department of Computer Information Systems and Management E.L. Mirkin, and Head of the Department of State and Foreign Languages S.Ch. Mambetalieva.
